Denise and Carlos Figueroa established the vineyard in 1995 using "old world" viticulture practices. Vines were planted 3 feet apart in the rows, individual planting holes were augered without disturbing the original soil structure. Average yields were ~1 ton per acre. The resulting wines produced deep complex flavors and exquisite bouquets. New Award 2009 Silver Medal winner at the Newport Seafood & Wine Festival for our 2007 Pinot Gris. Other wines include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot as well as a number of dessert wines. Production is maintained at 500 cases per year.
